The radiographers play a critical role in making accurate diagnoses. Our digital X-ray system is only as good as the people who operate it – fortunately, we get great images! Providing high quality care to people is their motivation, even if it means coming for after-hours emergencies with no overtime.

Chief Radiographer Sonwabo has been at Zithulele since 1996! Showing tremendous commitment to a remote area, he runs a busy radiography department but is grateful the days are gone when he had to do so on his own. He’s also a stalwart member of the Zithulele Football Club. |
Nontembeko Denge
Radiographer Nontembeko hails from Bizana in the Eastern Cape and joined our team in 2010. She trained at Durban University of Technology. Teamwork is important to her; her hobbies include playing softball and watching TV. |

Radiographer Mnikeli joined us this year for his community service year after studying at the University of the Western Cape. His home town is Tsolo. |
